Truths About Being a Designer
This morning, I’m raising my coffee cup to designer Anneke Short, who, through a series of posters, communicates some blunt truths about being a graphic designer.
No hatin’ here - no doubt a lot of occupations have misconceptions.
Although being a creative professional is definitely awesome, and I can’t imagine doing anything else in the world, I think the creative nature of our field might give people the misunderstanding that we’re on easy street 24/7. So it’s just refreshing and admirably gutsy to see a fellow designer bring these frustrations to light.
